UCO is a beautiful campus in Edmond, OK (on the north end of OKC). It is located on 2nd street, between Bryant Ave. and Boulevard. In addition to the typical college sports, they also now have a women's rowing crew. Yes, a rowing crew smack dab in the middle of Oklahoma!
It's a 210 acre campus, and Oklahoma's oldest institute of higher learning. There are currently 112 majors, and a top-notch forensic science program. The US FBI's 2007 report ranked Edmond the 12th safest city in the country among cities with a population of more than 75,000.
The UCO departments and students are very involved in community outreach to provide a link to the residents of Edmond and the UCO campus.
