I thought it best to give you the link to the man's obituary instead of trying to chop it up into bits and pieces. This bandshell is located in the heart of Johnstown in the midst of some of New York's richest history. I would have to describe it as a rounded lean-to. It is enclosed on 3 sides with a roof.
To find this bandshell take Rt.30 out of Fonda and into Johnstown. Take a left on Rt. 29 and follow that straight to N. Williams St., turn right and choose one of the parking lots on the right. Happy WMin', Swizzle & Family
