Jomtien is a long beach suburb immediately to the south of Pattaya. Along its long Beach Road are lots of 711s, approximately every 200m. These service the large number of tourists who laze on the beach all day, and then return to their hotels. All of these are small in size.
This 711 is partially hidden by a few non-franchise retailers selling their wares from makeshift tables. Very 3rd world.
