Almaden Lake Park Amphitheater - San Jose, CA - Outdoor Amphitheaters on Waymarking.com

San Jose Parks recently renovated the amphitheater on the east side of Almaden Lake Park. The old amphitheater, still nearby, had wooden benches facing a fire pit for park ranger talks. The new amphitheater has a fabric covered stage with surround seating. The seats are on different levels and there is grass or concrete, depending on where you sit. The amphitheater faces Almaden Lake and has a nice view of the bird sanctuary island.

There are picnic tables nearby along with restrooms, a children's playground, bocce ball courts, and a basketball half-court.
