Vince is a cool little Italian guy, been in the business for over 15 years. The work here is is both traditional and fine art; and it is one of the cleanest Tattoo shops we have seen. A couple of the artists have degrees in art and design, Beth is particularly popular. Prices are a little higher than other shops we have seen in Maryland, but consistent with shops we've used in Connecticut, and reasonable for the quality of work that we saw.
