Rock Bottom is a servicable brewpub. It is a chain with locations in several states.
There is not a lot to say. The beer is fine, but nothing that puts it above some of the other area brewpubs. The food is the same.
If you want a decent meal and beer, it is a good place. You won't likely be disappointed, but you won't likely think it was the best ever either. For me it is kind of one of those places that is just fine when in the area, but you wouldn't make a special trip for.
