Woodmansee Park is a city park that shows signs of budget cuts during construction. There are a nuber of facilities here, but none give the impression of being finished, except for the group picnic area. The tennis courts are no exception, as there are foundations and a circuit box, presumably for lighting the courts, but no lights were every installed, and the court does not seem to get much maintenance.
