A decorative 'water wheel' at the entrance to a Singaporean office building. The wheel represents the power of water and the force of water wheels. It is a functional wheel, constantly in movement, powered by falling water. An attractive design.

The wheel itself is located under the centre of the building, hence no clear view of the sky. The waymark was made on the road outside the northern entrance to the office building.
