Three miles past Sevier County High School east of Sevierville is a petting zoo. The last part is winding country roads, but the signs continue to let you know it is still up ahead. (Don't come early as there is nothing to see from the road.)
The brochure advertises over 100 hand-tamed deer, and then a long list of animals available to walk among, pet, and feed (latter for an extra purchase). The farm was established in 1988 and has had good reviews on other sites.
