This kinetic sculpture one of Robert Mangold's 'Anemotive Kinetic' series; which he first developed in 1958. It's bright colors help to relieve the drab 'brick box buildings' on the campus. The pole could use a little attention with a paint brush, but the 'fins' are in great condition.

The piece was recently restored by campus art students (visit link) .
