The Beautiful Baroque Calvary, formed by seven small sandstone alcove chapels, was built in 1695-1699 along the road from the Mikulovice "Saint" Gate (a part of the medieval Kadan fortification system) to the Franciscan monastery of Fourteen Holy Helpers under Saint Hill (Svatý kopec). In every from seven chapels were originally two statues of 14 Holy Helpers, relief of Christ's last yourney and statue of patron, who built the particular station of the Cross.
