MONUMENT IS LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEASTERLY PORTION OF THE INTERSECTION OF VILLA PARK ROAD AND LEMON STREET, 49.6 FT. SOUTHERLY OF THE CENTERLINE OF VILLA PARK ROAD AND 4.9 FT. EASTERLY OF THE PROLONGATION OF THE CENTERLINE OF LEMON STREET. MONUMENT IS SET UP 0.4 FT. ABOVE THE SIDEWALK"
