The monument is located on the grounds to the northeast of the Courthouse building near the corner of the property. The monument is inscribed:
The Ten Commandments

Thou shalt not steal.
Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.
Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's house.
