This large park has many amenities. There is the Japanese gazebo and stone pagodas, a gift from the sister city of Kaizu, Japan at one end of the park, jutting out from the small lake. There is a nearby mural, a commissioned art project by the city. In addition to that, there are 3 playgrounds, dog parks one each for small and large dogs, 2 lighted basketball courts, 2 lighted tennis courts, 1 softball field, 2 youth baseball fields and 10 multi use soccer/ football fields. In an open area, there is an unexpected statue of a mother and baby elephant.
