The San Antonio Medical Foundation owns acres of undeveloped land in the San Antonio, TX Medical Center complex. They have created a wonderful walking & jogging trail and have allowed the public to use this trail during daylight hours. There are two parking areas (one being where this sign is located) and a third "walk in" area close to the medical facilities. At all three locations, there are location maps and these signs giving warning to the public on how to behave. The "Please Do Not Pet The Animals, Including the Rattlesnakes" not only gets your attention, it is also true. There are rattlesnakes habitating in the woods around which the trail goes.
