The toy museum of Riehen opened in 1972 and was the first museum in Switzerland that was exclusively dedicated to toys. The collection contains all sorts of toys from the 18th century until WWII.
Twice a year the exhibits are extended with a special exhibition.
The museum is located in the center of Riehen in a country house of the 17th century.
