Halfway down the slope of what was once a road atop a levee, this car was stripped and pushed over the edge before the area became a park. From the manner in which all of the parts were removed, the car might have been used for erosion control before the last time the river changed course. The frame of an old tow trailer was also tossed down next to it, just to confuse things a bit. The car is about 10 feet NW of the paved trail, and downhill a few feet. The slope can be very slippery in wet weather, so be careful that you don't go into the drink yourself.
