The Evergreen Air and Space Museum is the home of one of the great collections of air and space vehicles in the world. But the featured attraction will always be Howard Hughes' H-4 Hercules, also known as the "Spruce Goose". Now a group of local balloon enthusiasts have created an annual event that borrows from the name. The starting point is directly in front of the museum, and the balloons then head all over the Willamette Valley, enjoying incredible views of the volcanoes of the Cascade range. This year's event was the third, and the largest yet.
