A large memorial besides the Glendale City Hall.

The memorial is made up of two parts. The first part is a simple plaque on a concrete background. The plaque reads "In Memory of those who served that the world may live in peace." Below the plaque on the ground are the seals of the navy, army, marines, merchant marines, coast guard and air force. This sits on the grass.
A few feet from here are five large granite marker. A marker is given for each of the following wars: WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and the War on Terror. Names of the dead are etched into the stone.
