This leat take off can be located on Doe Tor Brook, the Sluice Gate is no longer there but the uprights which supported the gate are. The leat is still taking in water but after about 30 paces spills out again and falls back onto the brook. The rest of the leat still can be seen running across the hillside but is dry, the water was probably used for mining.
