Former one room schoolhouse and town hall located near Park Falls, Wisconsin. The school operated until the 1980's and then the buidling served as the Town of Sherman (Springstead) Town Hall until a new town hall building was erected in the 1990's.
This original building is in great shape, with original hardwood floors and woodwork. There is still a paper sign on the door with a noice that the town hall was moved.
The Town of Sherman is located in the heart of Wisconsin's northwoods and is home to about 350 residents. The small community of Springstead (which is unincorporated) is in the town as is part of the Lac du Flambeau Chippewa reservation.
