It was for many years the main attraction of Obidos, Portugal, competing with his own castle,a haunted house.

The fame of the house came across borders and many visitors, until recently, did not dispense asking the villagers about what had passed there.
Located ,on a horseshoe curve, the Villa San Antonio became "haunted house"after the April 25, 1974, at a time when huge mansion was left vacant by the death of the owner. A family usurped the space and were installed, the heads of the tenants. When the owner's heirs decided to put the house up for sale is that you started the rumors about the existence of ghosts.
Today we still talk about it, and there are those who point to the fact that there could be noises, but probably due to a mine water in the sub-soil and strong winds that could make creaking doors and windows. And how much time the house was abandoned, also would not miss rats and spider webs to complete the scenario.
my story
in 1980, I and some friends, coming from a night out we decided to finish the night in the garden of the house that was abandoned. No one slept because they heard strange noises at night knocking door to a strange wind to pass through guys like a breath in our face try to be strong but it took was that we fled up the road.
Today I went there to shoot and has documented that the house is restored, but remains sealed uninhabited.
