A historical fountain from 1863 is now located on a small place close to the town hall. It was a gift from a local NGO (Ökogemeinde Binningen) for the town millenial. The real foundation date is unknown, us usual in this case the first mention in an official document was celebrated and this was in 1004.

The signs reads translated:
Fountain of the Farm at main street 114 from the heritage of Gisela Haberthür-Pfeffer
Restored on behalf of the society "Oekogemeinde" and made a gift to the town and the residents to celebrate the anniversary 1004 - 2004.
