A main two-storey building of the farmhouse (manor) Koulka bears the indications of a building stage from the period of its establishement in 1760. The re-building in the 20's of the 19th century, further modifications date back to the 70's of the 19th century, when the contemporary neo-baroque facade originated. Modern modifications in the interior.
The hand operated water pump stood originaly probably in the corner of the garden, just next to former baroque gate. The whole wall of the garden, including the gate was dismantled during Prague's Uprising in the end of WW2 - May 1945 - for building of barricades and later has never been restored. Now the pump stood freely accessible near the stairway, which starting just here.
