Located on the lower patio of the Del Mar Powerhouse Community Center, this sculpture appears to be a leaning plant in a converted fountain...or perhaps the frozen water spouts from the fountain?
There is no sign at the location about the artist, title, materials or date. However, there does appear to be a signature on the work..but, it too is ambiguous...it appears to say Muen...but, it could just as easily be Miller.
