This Victorian font was a gift of William Lowndes of the Bury and was installed when the church was restored in 1869.

The main shaft is of Park Spring stone and the small shafts are of Derbyshire fossil marble. The bowl is of Mansfield Woodhouse stone and bears the inscription 'One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism, One God and father of All - XPC'

It was moved to its current position in 1999.
