At the base of the wall of the North aisle, in the NE corner, is a stone arch covering a stone effigy of a knight. There is a framed document near the effigy which gives the information:-

This effigy of a knight is thought to be 13th century and dated probably 1250 AD. There is some evidence that he was one of the 13th century Lords of Clavering. Preservation work was carried out on the effigy during 1952-83 by Mr John Green PRCA, IRSP, AIIC

In addition to the effigy of the knight there is a stone font and a piscina, as well as several brasses.
