A simple stone octagonal font set on two octagonal steps and an octagonal pillar with coving and footing is to be found just inside the church at the main entrance, the south porch. There is a rear extension to the first step to allow the priest easy access to the baptismal water. The basin is lead lined and there is no cover.

An age could not be determined but it appears to be of an age consistent with the building of the church, C13 to C14.
Approximate Age of Artefact: 13th century.
