This is a Grade II* church built in the C13-C15 and restored in 1853. It of standard plan having a chancel, a nave with north and south aisles and a tower at the west end.

The font is octagonal, perpendicular design with blank tracery patterns to the sides, but strangely built into the south-east pier of the tower so that only five sides are visible. The column and plinth are also octagonal. There is no step at the base. It is lead lined and has a very simple lift-off six-sided conical wooded cover.
Approximate Age of Artefact: C15
