Yukon has an interesting array of Waymarks, from its parks - to railroad - to sculptures, and more.
This Lucky 7 is centered in the downtown area. Main Street is Route 66 through this area. Mulvey Mercantile was constructed in 1904, shortly after the Land Run that opened settlement to Yukon in 1889. This building is on the National Register of Historic Places.
As you enter Yukon from the east, you will see the two large grain elevators which date back to these early days. A railroad depot, and displayed caboose will catch your eye on the north side of the road. A small railroad museum is located in a freight car at this site.
