Urban legend tells that Jacob “Emo” Moritz was the first satanic worshiper in Utah. According to the legend, locals burned him at the stake. Thus, his ashes were placed in an urn and then stored inside the window on the front of the grave. The legend also claims that if you walk around Emo's grave three times while chanting, “Emo, Emo, Emo” that the face of Jacob Moritz would appear inside the window on the front of the grave.

Visitors to Emo's grave have reported having strong feelings of uneasiness.
