This station, a U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey and State Survey standard disk, is located in New Ipswich, NH. It is set in a boulder near the west side of NH Rt.123, south of the Greenville town line. The NHDOT datasheet description is as follows:

THE STATION IS LOCATED IN NEW IPSWICH.TO REACH THE STATION FROM THE TOWN HALL IN GREENVILLE, GO SOUTHWEST FOR 0.4 MI ON STATE ROUTE 123 TO THE GREENVILLE/NEW IPSWICH TOWN LINE. CONTINUE STRAIGHT AND GO SOUTHWEST FOR 0.5 MI ON ROUTE 123 TO THE STATION ON THE RIGHT. ALSO, TO REACH THE STATION FROM THE JUNCTION OF STATE ROUTES 123 AND 124 AT HIGHBRIDGE IN NEW IPSWICH, GO NORTHEAST FOR 0.8 MI ON ROUTE 123 TO THE STATION ON THE LEFT.THE STATION IS A STANDARD USCGS AND SS DISK STAMPED--G 45 1934--, SET IN THE TOP OF A 3-FT X 3-FT BOULDER 1-FT ABOVE THE GROUND, AND 6-FT BELOW THE ROAD. LOCATED 86.0 FT SOUTHWEST FROM A 12-INCH CONCRETE PIPE, 74.0 FT WEST FROM POWER POLE NETTCO/1/20/29, 30.0 FT NORTHWEST FROM THE CENTER OF THE ROAD.

The station is actually more southwest than west from NET&T pole #20-29, which can be identified by a brown box halfway up the pole. The mark itself was partially covered with brush and debris, but was still easy to spot from the road.
