Chotebor Brewery is the brand new, modern brewery, which launched beer production in 2009. The brewery employs the best traditional brewing methods, while exploiting the latest process-control and monitoring technologies.
The brewery's austere, though distinct and considerable architecture became the frontage of the Chotebor industrial zone. Its magnanimous glass wall allows viewers to take a look inside the very heart of the brewery, its stainless steel brewing house. The following processes of fermentation, maturation, filtration and tapping employ the latest technologies of control and monitoring, while securing natural brewing. Supervised by experienced brew master Oldrich Záruba , the brewery represents a perfect articulation and symbiosis of modern and traditional brewing methods.
The current yearly production is 10,000 hl, with possible supplementary expansion of up to 25,000 hl a year. For the Czech market, the beer products are sold as filtered, unpasteurised and yeasty. Tapped into beer kegs and bottles, the beer is provided for restaurants, bars and retail markets.
Chotebor Beers
Chotebor Beer is quality, traditional beer made from Czech ingredients in two-phase brewing. The brew is fermented in open vessels and it matures in larger vessels for a minimum of thirty days. The brewery produces an assortment of beers:
