Big, moving and not very popular sculpture

I have always enjoyed this sculpture in front of the Sheraton Hotel on Denver's 16th Street Mall, but many do not care for it at all. I stopped by to take some photos with my new camera (September of 2011) and noticed their orientation was different than photos I took in August 2008. Duh! They move in the wind!
