I've known these places existed forever, but today I thought I'd waymark it and met the owner. He stated that he's owned this place for 27 years and when he started there were 5 such places along the highway. He states that now he's the only one. He showed me around the quaint little cabins and stated that his primary business comes from scuba divers that come to the St Lawrence in droves during the summer months. He states that he has a pontoon boat that he rents out and has three docks for those that have there own boats. All and all a nice little spot on the river and a pleasant business owner, that appears very invested in keeping a past enterprise relevant in the future.
