You can walk to the top of the Ipsarion from Potamia village. It will take you about 3 hours of normal walking to the top. The way is very well marked, paths are narrow and dangerous so you should be very carefull.
Another option is to go by an off-road car from the village of Maries. It is about 11 km dirt road to the Ipsarion. You can park your vehicle in the distance of 200 meters from the top.
