The West Brookfield Veterans Memorial is located on the west end of the Town Common.

On the east end of a traffic island, across from the main Town Common on West Main Street, Route 9, in West Brookfield there is a memorial plaza dedicated to the veterans of West Brookfield and specifically to the citizens of West Brookfield who were killed in action.
A landscaped brick pathway leads up to a 5' high monument. At the top of the monument there is a bas relief sculpture of an American eagle with its wings spread and perched on 10 arrows. Below is the inscription:
