When a well known wireless company asked the Point Sur State History Park for permission to build a tower, the answer was "Yes, but only if it blends in..."

So, the wireless company restored the lighthouse's old water tower and only those who take the tour at Point Sur Lighthouse (visit link) know that it actually is a cell phone tower in disguise.
