Sculpture representig a pair of oxen found in Lisbon.
This piece with aprox 2 meters high seem´s to be made of red painted clay. It´s located outside the Popular Culture Museum, in Lisbon, facing the Tagus river.
The sculpture represents two "nice" oxen with large bells around it´s necks and is probably from the north of Portugal where oxen were often used to pull ox carts. The long horns are also often wound in breeds of oxen very popular in the north.
There´s no sign on the sculpture.
