The hot dog stand is apparently called "Ball Park" although it curiously doesn't appear on the Pier 39 website (visit link)

With a giant baseball and baseball bat on top, the stand offers foot long dogs, jumbo dogs, Polish dogs, chips, soda and lemonade.

Although the stand doesn't have its own seating, there are plenty of places to find a seat as one strolls the Pier.
