This is Funkmeßgerätstellung "Fichte" (English: spruce) on the island Fedje, north-west of Bergen, Norway. All radar sites in Norway were named after plants instead of animals as in most of the rest of Europe.
Like most other former Luftwaffe radar sites it was equipped with two Würzburg Riese radarsets which were used to track enemy and own planes. It is probable that also a Freya radar for early-warning purpose was installed.
In addition a somewhat rare type of early warning radar set of the type Wassermann-S was installed in a specially designed concrete bunker. Nowadays this building is in use by the Norwegian Coast Guard service ("kystverket").
