Oklahoma is replete with murals in even the smallest of towns. El Reno, which is certainly not a small town, is filled with them. A number are well-known tourist attractions which have already been waymarked.
This mural, in excellent condition, is on the side of an abandoned building. There was no sign on the building, but it appears to have been some type of office or store. The building is not in derelict condition, so it may not have been abandoned for long. Unfortunately, we did not see a date or attribution on the mural.
The mural consists of a stylized American flag which covers the side of the whole building, even going around the windows. The artist did an excellent job of keeping everything perspective while avoiding the windows. About halfway down the length of the building, one can see what is obviously the Statue of Liberty's hand holding her torch.
A very, very, very rough guess would be that the mural is about 20-ft. high and somewhere between 50-6 ft. long.
