Nobody Knows Noses Like....... - San Diego, CA - Artistically Decorated Utility Boxes on Waymarking.com

The minute I saw this picture I thought of the old ad campaign for nasal spray: "Nobody knows noses like Neo-Synephrine!" Apparently ol' Neo has become a painter, because he sure did a job on this guy's nose.

Come to think of it, the subject of the painting seems to have some octopus genes as well (check out his arms). But he's still having fun on his sk8board!

The painting of utility boxes in the Mira Mesa neighborhood of San Diego is sponsored by the Mira Mesa Town Council (a volunteer/business organization) and has been spearheaded by the Mira Mesa High School art department. See (visit link) for more information.
