North Idaho's largest fireworks display is held every July 4th, downtown over Lake Coeur d’Alene.

The display starts a dusk, which usually turns out to be about 9:45 p.m. and lasts about 30 minutes. It can be seen for miles along the lake shore.
Many people will watch from one of the nearby City Parks, while others will enjoy the show from a boat anchored out on Lake Coeur d'Alene.
