On Boston's Beacon Hill is the Saltonstall Plaza, an area between the Saltonstall and McCormick Buildings, which has a fountain for people to enjoy perhaps on a lunch break.
Entrances to this plaza are both from Bowdoin and Somerset Streets. It is on the west side of the plaza, by one of the entrances. There are eight spouts of water, which spill on brick that is shaped such that the water flows to the drain.
The buildings in the area were built in the 1970s, so the fountain was built in the 70s or more recently. There were no markers around the fountain and nothing found on the internet.
