This Downy Serviceberry is dedicated Guelph's 150th birthday. Guelph was founded on St. George's Day in 1827 and has been a thriving city ever since. The tree was planted by the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario Pauline McGibbon on St. George's Day, 1977.
