This milk house is adjacent to the old milking stanchions on the fairgrounds. The history of this house dates back to the 1950's. The milk was stored in the small room on the east of the building. The fair grounds and University of Dayton have been located here for over 160 year. Prior to that the land was a farm. The site is a familiar home to milk houses.
