MOO Gourmet Burgers, Manly, New South Wales - Gluten Free Restaurants on Waymarking.com

Moo was a terrific find in Manley. They have a extensive variety of gourmet burgers ranging from classic Australian Angus Beef to Wagyu Beef and all the way to duck and kangaroo. The staff is educated about gluten and the burgers that are GF are well labeled on the menu. The GF buns are perfect - light, moist, and springy.

As a tourist, I had to try the kangaroo burger. The meat tasted a little gamy but that's not surprising because kangaroos are a game animal. The condiments were so delicious that they balanced it all out and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had.

The restaurant is on the second and third levels of the building only and you access it via an enclosed stairwell. It's all well signed so it's easy to find. They have a lovely small balcony area where you can eat and enjoy the view of the beach and be near but not in the bustle of the beach-goers. All of their menu items are available for take away too.
