This is a small FM station on the southern outskirts of Salmo, BC. The station, as well as their power output, is so small that they have their transmission tower right at the station. At present it puts out only 150 watts of power, so the range is not great. The station plays an eclectic mix of easy listening, blues, European, oldies, contemporary and C & W, probably round the clock, but I've never been within receiving distance at night. It also airs a number of syndicated talk programs on various topics. The station can be heard on

The station will be found on the east side of the Crowsnest Highway, south of Curwen Road, about 325 metres (1,000 feet) south of the Salmo River. Out front is a large bronze sculpture of a mountain sheep.
