This is the smaller of the two libraries that service the city. The library is named for Lakewood Mayor George H. Nye, Jr. who died while serving in office in May 1971.
There are a small number of computers available for public use and an even smaller number dedicated to use as a card catalog. However, due to the lower visitor-ship, there is often less of a problem conducting research here than at the main Iacaboni library.
